1. User-Initiated Cancellations

Before the Contest Starts: You may cancel your entry before the contest begins, provided it falls within the allowed cancellation window stated on the contest details page. Upon cancellation, your entry fee will be refunded to your Fantasy Cricket Papa account balance.

After the Contest Has Started: Once a contest has begun, cancellations are not permitted. Entry fees become non-refundable as the results depend on real-time player performances.

2. Fantasy Cricket Papa-Initiated Cancellations

Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the required number of participants, Fantasy Cricket Papa reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded.

Technical Issues: If unforeseen technical problems, server disruptions, or other factors impact the fairness of a contest, we may cancel the event. Affected users will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.

Rule Violations: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Policy, refunds may not be issued to users responsible for the breach.
